The Youth Outreach Coordinator will spearhead our efforts to engage and mobilise young people. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to connect with youth, encouraging their participation in political processes, and building a strong youth wing for the party. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth empowerment and political engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach programs aimed at engaging youth in the community.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organisations, and local leaders to promote program participation.
- Organise and facilitate workshops, events, and activities that address the needs and interests of youth.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in policy and opportunities for youth engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to create educational materials and resources for youth.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Provide support and guidance to youth participants, helping them to set and achieve goals.
- Prepare reports and presentations on program activities and outcomes.
