In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of talent management, from identifying and attracting exceptional individuals to ensuring their successful integration into our organization.

You will oversee the entire recruitment process, develop strategies to find and attract diverse talent, and cultivate a welcoming and informative onboarding experience that sets new team members and volunteers up for success and aligns them with the party's mission and values.
