Overview

Momentum is looking for a practical and energetic Events and Logistics Manager to manage the physical aspects of event preparations. This hands-on role is crucial for ensuring Momentum events, meetings, and campaign activities are set up efficiently and effectively.

Your help would be needed for the following activities:

  • Finding suitable venues for upcoming events
  • Coordinating with event venues regarding setup requirements and access.
  • Assisting with on-the-day logistical problem-solving to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Help transporting materials and equipment (e.g., banners, promotional items, basic A/V).
  • Help with setting up and dismantling.

The ideal volunteer is well-organised, capable of performing manual tasks, and has a proactive and problem-solving attitude. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being active and ensuring things are in the right place at the right time for successful party engagement.
